Exceptional Return Policy at Debbano

 

 

1. Returns

a. Domestic Returns

Debbano makes it very simple to return your order. We provide a free return label with all domestic shipments, and the return label comes within the original box. 

The free label is valid for 60 days. After 60 days, please contact us for a new prepaid return label at returns@debbano.com

b. International Returns

As of now, we are unable to provide free return labels for international orders. The buyer has to ship the item to the Debbano warehouse at 2425 McIver Ln #140, Carrollton, TX 75006. Please email us the tracking number at returns@debbano.com. Debbano is not responsible for lost packages. The import/export documentation is the responsibility of the buyer, and Debbano is not responsible for duty fees associated with the return package.

Note: It is recommended for buyers to purchase insurance for high-value items.

Return Terms & Conditions

In the event that you are not satisfied with our shoes for ANY reason, you may return them within 90 days of delivery.

Shoes must be in their original, unused condition before being returned. Please remember to include your packing slip in the box. All items in original condition must be included in the packaging (travel bag, shoe horn, etc.). 

It is recommended that you put on the shoes with your favorite socks inside at home and try thoroughly. Please use the shoes on a rug or carpet if the sole is leather. Hardwood floors may scratch the dress shoes.

We have the right to deny or apply a restocking fee for the shoes returned in used condition.

Damaged or Defective Items’ Returns

If the item is damaged during the transit, please refuse the shipment and let us know at returns@debbano.com

If you see a manufacturing defect (loose stitch, loose sole, etc.), please return it with the free return label provided in the box and contact us at returns@debbano.com about the defect. Please include pictures if possible. For international orders, please contact us at returns@debbano.com and explain the defects with pictures.  Defective products are eligible for a free return, both domestic and international.

2. Exchanges

Debbano currently do not offer exchanges. However, if the item you want to exchange was delivered within 90 days, you can return it and place a new order. For exchanges, you can place a new order of your size and color.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and in 3 business days, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the financial institution will process the refund within 2-15 days, depending on the payment method and financial institution. Most U.S. banks deposit money into your credit card account within 3 days. We do not refund in different currencies or different payment methods (e.g., cash refund for credit card transactions)

Gift Items 

For gift items, please contact us at returns@debbano.com and provide the purchase packing slip. Please indicate the refund preference. We provide store credit or refund to the original payment method.
